By using Ember Travel, you agree to these terms. Ember Travel is a place-saving and social food discovery app. You must be at least 13 years old to use it.
You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your password secure. Don't share your account.
You own the content you create on Ember Travel (ratings, reviews, photos, notes). By posting it, you give us permission to display it to your friends and within the app.
Don't use Ember Travel to:
Ember Travel uses third-party services including Google Places, OpenAI, and Supabase. Your use of Ember Travel is also subject to their terms.
We aim to keep Ember Travel available but can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Ember Travel is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to bad restaurant experiences.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
